Still amazing. Second visit here since I was I. The area again. Tons of meat, cheese and onions. Still have to bring half back to the hotel. Wasn't as busy today as I came about 2:00. Still had plenary of customers especially for door dash. Sound out they use cooper sharp cheese. It was great just Mike the last visit. Stop in if you want a great cheesesteak!!
We had a company pep rally today for the Eagles. I worked with Mya to have 100 cheesesteaks delivered to us. Everyone loved them. We had onions, sweet peppers and hot peppers on the side. If you have not tried this place yet it is a go to Mya thank you for all your help. It was a pleasure working with you and I'm sure we'll be doing business in the future
Much like pizza westchester, steaks west Chester is above and beyond the rest. The cheesesteak has the perfect ratio of meat, cheese, and onions surrounded by an in house baked, seeded roll. Few others are even in the same class. Be sure to make a stop here and pizza westchester as well as their new ice cream spot opening soon.

This place lives up to the hype. We came around lunch time to hear the lines that often form (and for good reason). The staff were lovely and polite. A small place but enough seats for us the sit comfortably. I ordered cheesesteak for the now and the Italian hoagie with prosciutto for the later. Both were incredible. Packed and I mean PACKED with meat. The cheesesteak was well seasoned and the cheese was fully incorporated with the meat. There was enough prosciutto in the hoagie to make two hoagies. The roll stole the show, though. Able to be soft and chewy all while holding form verses the grease of quality ribeye.
OK, first things first. This is one of the best Philly cheesesteaks in Chester county. The hoagies are awesome. They use boars head lunchmeat. Now the reason why I say Chester County is because this is technically out of the Philadelphia area. My number one spot is SQ Phillips. And South Philly. But this place is a close second. always a pleasure here thin slice ribeye seated rolls always fresh. I'm pretty sure they get them from a bakery nearby. Long story short, one of the best places to go outside of Philly for a cheesesteak.
Different Cheesesteak #1133. I got my standard cheesesteak with mushrooms. Spoiler alert; just like just about everyone else, I liked it. I liked it alot. Their roll supplier has a problem (fire/broken machine, something) so they are using a back up roll. Very good amount of very good meat. Good amount, melt and mix of cheese. The onions and mushrooms spent time together on the grill and added good flavor. All good/very good cheesesteak but a little pizazz somewhere and it could be great.
They have a small but mighty menu. They do a delicious cheesesteak. It's made with real ribeye and not greasy at all. The bread is fantastic too. The restaurant is nothing fancy inside. Pretty barebones with a few tables for dining in and a drink cooler. They have a lot of people picking up takeout orders but there wasn't really a wait for walking in.
